1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with:

  • The website at littlebylittle.ai (the “Site”);
  • Our waitlist and beta sign-up (including referral program data);
  • Emails and other communications we send you in connection with the Site or waitlist.

It does not yet cover a future LittleByLittle application (mobile app, web app, or trading companion). When we launch that product, a separate Privacy Policy will describe the application’s data practices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Email address (required to join the waitlist).
  • Name (optional, if you choose to provide it).
  • Referral information: If you sign up using a referral link, we store the referral code you used and associate it with your signup. We also generate and store a referral code for you so you can share your own link and we can attribute new signups to you for waitlist position and any referral benefits.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site or submit the waitlist form, we may collect your IP address, browser type, and similar technical data for rate limiting, security, and abuse prevention. We may also collect basic analytics about how you use the Site (e.g., pages viewed) to improve the Site and our communications.

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and measure usage. Where required by law, we will seek your consent for non-essential cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate the waitlist: Add you to the waitlist, send you launch and product updates, and (where applicable) manage referral program logic (e.g., position, referral count, milestones).
  • Communicate with you: Send emails about LittleByLittle, early access, and related information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve the Site and services: Analyze usage and feedback to improve our website and communications.
  • Security and abuse prevention: Enforce rate limits, detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive signups (e.g., fake referrals, bots), and protect the integrity of the waitlist and referral program.

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Service providers: We use trusted third parties to operate the Site and waitlist, including Cloudflare (hosting and, for waitlist data, D1 database) and GoHighLevel (CRM) to manage waitlist contacts and communications. Data you provide (e.g., email, name, referral information) may be synced to GoHighLevel so we can send you updates and manage our launch pipeline. We require these providers to use your information only to provide services to us and to protect your data appropriately.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Legal and safety: We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect our rights or safety, or enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist and referral data for as long as needed to operate the waitlist, send you communications, and improve our services. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will stop marketing communications and, subject to legal and technical constraints, delete or anonymize your personal data. We may retain certain data (e.g., in backup or logs) for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., secure connections, access controls, and secure storage) to protect your information. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA). Our current focus is the United States; if we expand to other regions, we will update this Policy and honor applicable rights.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site and waitlist are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Transfers

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site or waitlist, you consent to such transfer and processing, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or waitlist after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
