1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of:

  • The website at littlebylittle.ai (the “Site”);
  • Our waitlist and beta sign-up features (including joining by email and, if applicable, participating in our referral program);
  • Any marketing or informational content and communications you receive from us in connection with the Site or waitlist.

They do not yet govern a future LittleByLittle application (mobile app, web app, or trading companion product). When we launch that application, separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will apply, and you may be asked to accept them before using the application.

2. Who We Are and What This Website Is

  • LittleByLittle is a faith-informed fintech product in development. The Site is our marketing and informational presence and a place to join the waitlist for product updates and, where offered, early or beta access.
  • The Site may describe our planned product (e.g., an AI-powered trading companion). Those descriptions are forward-looking and do not create binding commitments about features, timing, or availability.
  • Embedded Nature LLC is the legal entity responsible for the Site and the waitlist. We may refer to ourselves as “LittleByLittle” in communications and on the Site.

3. Waitlist and Beta Sign-Up

By joining our waitlist or signing up for beta/early access, you:

  • Agree to receive email and other communications from us about our product launch, updates, and related information.
  • Confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide (e.g., email address) is accurate.
  • May unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing will not affect any separate agreement you later enter for the application.

We do not guarantee placement, order of access, or availability of beta or early access. Waitlist position, referral benefits, and similar programs may be modified or discontinued by us at any time.

4. Referral Program (If Applicable)

If we offer a referral program (e.g., sharing a referral link so others can join the waitlist), participation is voluntary and subject to any rules we post on the Site or send by email. Benefits (such as improved waitlist position or early access) are not guaranteed and may change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the program and to disqualify participants who abuse it (e.g., fake signups, fraud, or violation of these Terms). No purchase is required to participate where prohibited by law.

5. No Investment or Financial Advice

The Site and our waitlist communications are for informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on the Site or in our emails constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. LittleByLittle is a technology product. We do not recommend or endorse any particular investment, strategy, or broker. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, seek advice from qualified professionals before making any financial or investment decisions.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing involve risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You could lose some or all of your investment. Any descriptions of our future product’s features (e.g., paper trading, live trading, or AI-assisted strategies) are not a guarantee of results or safety.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Embedded Nature LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The “LittleByLittle” name and related marks are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embedded Nature LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Site, the waitlist, or our communications, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Site and waitlist shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or waitlist after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use and unsubscribe from waitlist communications.
